I was feeling really emotional recalling the days i used to watch his MVs at home during holidays. My mum bought LDs, the really Super Huge CDs back in the 80s. and this is one Movie i've ever enjoyed watchin repeatedly. catch a glimpse.

It's the 20th of JULY! and 5 more days,
i'm going for the most anticipated concert ever!
WOOOHOOOO!!! :B

And i'm so so sorry guys for not blogging for soooo long. Been rather lazy. because nothing happening in my life happened recently. i suppose.. Hmmm..

Well, a little update here. I'm currently not attending Harvest anymore. have been attending NCC for the past 5 months and counting. It's been a good step of faith when i made the decision to put down my ministry and cg. it was really tough decision to make. didn't felt good at all. totally sucks. all my friends seem to revolve only in Harvest. Those i grew up with. those i'm really close with. Yet, i've to leave all these behind so tt i may serve a greater purpose God has planned in my life..

It has really been fruitful and experiential journey ever since i came over to NCC. I've made new friends. really nice ppl. (: and i've even made a new friend from Holland. her name's Raissa :D she's really cool. haha! And i've even found myself a buddy to go home with after cg. she's Margaret! :D My dearest "margy margy". haha People in NCC are really amazing. never been to a chuch where New friends actually takes initiative to talk to other New friends! i was totally amazed when my new friend (Chermaine) actually talked to me. and i didn't realise she's new until i asked her! HAHA. But overall, what i like is the sermon Pst. Prince preached. (: he's really a anointed preacher. Full in-depths on the word of God. and it's really enriching everytime he teaches on the word of God. showing us deeper revelation in verses and amplified versions. it's cool to know that grace and blessing surpasses us wherever we go. and it doesn't lags behind us. His sermons brings assurance and conviction to many. and tt includes me (: always so empowered after every service.

Well, this must sure be a good & right start. Everything happens for a reason. dont' they? :B
So i'll jus enjoy myself during these time while i'm away. So that when i return, i'd impart whatever i know to teens. Let this be a stepping stone of faith.

alright, i havent being blogging for quite a short while. haha.
so now, i'm gonna blog as much as i can today.

it has been a tiring week for me.
late nights and waking up early to work.
life sucks alot, wrkg was nv fun.

uurrrggghh.... i'm so in nd of money can. >.<

& now for the GOOD NEWS:
Woohoo!! i've moved to Bedok Reservoir.. finalliiiieeee!!!.

check out my new flat.
[i'll upload pictures when i have them transferred from my phone.]

but i'm gonna give u a rough idea how the flat looks like.
read carefully:
joel's room is 2 red, 2 black walls + white ceiling.
my room is totally.... ORANGE! weee!~
love my room alot can. xP

anw, the hall consist of colours Black, Red & Yellow.
but last finishes and touch up would be done when i'm free after LCC!

my greatest anticipation would be...
THE FURNITURES.

it completes the house and makes it feel like Home.
Hopefully the furnitures will arrive soon.
my wardrobes & the sofas.

God's blessing has been really great.
blessed us with so many things which we needed.
the money which we put aside for the furnitures are gonna be used to get other decorative accessories for the house.

*APPLAUSE!!* n i got $200 for myself to buy those decors!
*drools* i cant wait for everything to be inside the house. i wanna plan for a house warming SOON! (x

but its gonna be in late July early August i think.

overall, i'd say it feels so COSY and warm.

and as for the kitchen, i didnt do anything to it. no painting. nothing.
BORING colors.
- white, which blends with the built-in cabinets.

i wanted to paint the kitchen black? (: haha.

and i know i know... BLACK in kitchen isnt gonna be good?
cause VERY HOT lei. some more cook thr all black color, even hotter.
but nvm, i'm still considering if i'd be painting it black.
cause. i'm kinda lazy to paint now.
haha. but i guess everything can only be done after LCC.

i've never liked reading since young.
though i've tonnes of books in the shelf waiting for me to run my fingers through and pick them out.
even if i do read, the percentage that i'd ever complete one good book is a rare 50-80%.
and i pretty much detest reading books that are bible thick, not even their cousin, dictionary.
but i do read the bible though. *grinx*

however, how much i detest reading, books IS one of the cheapest form of entertainment. -- i agree somehow.
general knowledge, wisdom, spiritually or carnal prove to be vital for the present society i'm living in now.
I've read a couple of books that i managed to flip through them within days or weeks.
Some accomplishments like:
The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown & Chinese Cinderella by Catherine Lim
and there's a few more books that i seriously cant remember neither the author or the book title. my bad.

i've read books that i've yet to complete, like the Heaven is so Real by Choo Thomas. [it talks about this author who encounters with Jesus Christ, where she visited heaven many times and saw hell twice.]
-- it's really interesting but i had to stop as time wasn't sufficient for me. but when i've finished reading the current book, i might consider reading it again.

currently, i'm hooked up on another book called How to hear from God by Joyce Meyer. -- talking about Joyce, she's written 49 books and one of the bestseller includes Battlefield of the Mind. which i've yet to get my hands on.

no hurry. but the contents are worth reading.
when i've finished readin, i'll write more about what i've received. but for now, i jus wanna read and receive the rhema that God wants to speak to me. just for me and only me. will write more on the book when its time. stay tuned.

no one has read it YET. i'm glad. muahahaha.
when it's time to reveal, i will.
but intentions to ~~delete~~ away that entry IS possible.

feeling: frantic.

i miss school days. very much. indeed.
working is tough. but the big "M"oney is an issue in my life now.
i'm working hard to save up and further my studies.
i wanna get a decent diploma.
land myself a career tt'd not just feed me forever.
but doing what i enjoy most.

spices + seasoning = spicy.

anyway, i just wanna continue writing.
adding little bit of spices and lots of fun into my life.

& many laughters that'd still linger around when its all quiet.

my friends has been tryin extremely hard...
to matchmake me with one of her guy friends.
and it's really getting on my nerves. grrr..
i know she's pretty concern about me not having a bf yet.
and i appreciate her being worried i'd not be able to find one myself.
well, she even more *kan chiong than me when it comes to finding myself a bf.
haha. she's just like my mum, nagging about me not having a bf at 20.

"ah girl ar.. how come so old still no boyfriend?"

if you want an answer from the lady here,i'd say...

"he's still in a coma lah.."

single-hood has been a part of ME all my life.
when i took in my first breath when i was a foetus.
wailing at the top of my lungs, i learn to wipe my own tears.
when liquid food becomes solid, i learn to eat by myself.

i started walking on both feet, falling and getting up again alone.

going to school seeing friends being cared for by their boyfriends..
i learn to take care of myself even more when i'm alone.
being independant for the last 2 decades.
has taught me how to stay strong and perservere w/o the need of a boyfriend. *claps*
i may seem strong and big on the outside.
but no one knew how much i went through on the inside.
now.. my heart yearns to find the ONE made for me.

NO celebration/flowers/sms-es/calls.
nothing.

mother's day.
for 4 consecutive years, i never celebrate with mom.
although its the day where every kid appreciate their mummy.

right from the time she gave birth to us, feeding us & bringing us up.
it has been almost 2 decades.

i may not get to see her often. though i hardly miss her.
but.. as a child, i just wanna say

"i love you mummy!"

no matter how much we've drifted apart through the years as i grew older.

been through the divorce,
tears that'd fill up a dry pool,
pain inflicted that'll somehow linger in our hearts.
happy memories that are somehow fading so quickly.

but i pray God will protect you and see u through when u're alone.

when we meet again, would it be 5, 16, 20 or 50 years ltr?
would u still be around? i hope so dearly.

if the day comes when i'm really gonna leave you and daddy.
to be joined in holy matrimony with the one tt's God-given,

i'm worried for the "ang moh" olympics participants how to survive without eating in china.
well they'd end up laughing their heads off.

yesterday was a super tiring day for me.. (x
practically, every weekends ARE always tiring for me.

woke up at 5.45am.
reached at 7.10am.
late for prayers. *frown*
set-up & sound checked.
1st service at nine.
ended at 10am.
2nd service at 10-twenty.
[mother day celebration service.]
church ended.
lunch with daddy.
was like 3pm when i left chinatown.
went to see my new flat.

supposingly it was ~~mother's day~~ ytd.
no celebration.
mummy was ~~busy~~??... i think.
i haven't seen her for a long time. [i don't miss her.]

went over to the new flat after church..
check out the photos when i've upload it..
it's super PERANAKAN.
well, its because previously the owner was a malay family.

but nevermind! its, miss.jo to the rescue!
wahaha...

decided on the colors we're gonna paint for MY new home.

i apparently took hours to decide on the COLORs.
had to make sure my aunt was okay with it.
if not she'd ~~murder~~ me if the colours come out like s*it.
but i promised it's gonna be colourFULL.

soo. tadah!! we bought these colours.

"BLACK & red & YELLOW & orange!!"

apparently the lady boss of the shop said Nippon is raising their paint cost to abt $3.00 next week, so it'd cost us even more if we delay in purchasing the paint..

so after much consideration..
by faith(it's soooo important), we bought it right away..
and it cost us a bomb can. total up approx. $200.00!!
*mumble* i can eat like 20++ meals or even big feasts lah.

but, NEVERMIND. by faith.

we commit our house into God's hands.

Amen.

and... if u're looking forward for the most anticipated...

yes! we're planning to have one.
and definitely i will hold tonnes of gathering almost e-very-day.
but... gotta wait until LCC 2008 (what's that?) is over.

*grins* SAVE big bucks already.
money is like so important ever since i started working.
apparently my first pay.. left dollar zero in the bank.
bought my new bed and some other stuffs.
and i still owe my aunt money apparently. *stressed*

when its done, most prob it'd be in mid july?!
than only i can invite you guys over! *smiles*

so do look forward to rock the house down..
i've totally no idea how my new home would turn out to be.
but.. trust me, when the house its done..

jeans-Competition.

i took 1 month to complete this.
took up the challenge yet once again.
and i somehow realised it's a black jeans..
like.. what the dong!
its BLACK!
how in the world, would anyone design a BLACK jeans.

anw, i wasn't consistent AT ALL.
stopping here and there in between that 4 weeks.
didn't had time to really work on it..

i didnt want to continue on writing in that blog.
so i decided to start a new one.
